A unique and fun Somatic Movement and Healing Modality. It is more than just dance. It blends a fusion of Freeform Movement, Contact Improv, Ecstatic and Cathartic Dance, Breathwork, Somatic Therapy, Interpersonal Relating and Partner Practices.

This Class is a facilitated workshop exploring finding freedom in the body and mind. The dance floor becomes a mirror for our inner worlds, as our bodies do not lie.
