Here’s how to join the 7 days (SEPT 22-28) of 7am PST guided sessions:

TIPS for SUCCESS:

  • set your alarm on your phone for the entire week.

  • write down your ‘why’ - what is your motivation or intention for this 7 day reset

  • be on time - make this morning practice sacred.

  • have your device/computer ready to roll the night before

  • set up your space

    • to not disturb your household- find the best in the home/outside where you can move freely and be undisturbed

    • have your headphones

    • ideally you want somewhere you can make some noise in the mornings so give your household a heads up :)

    • headphones in and outside on the grass is another winning combination

  • sign up with a buddy - this is so fun and great for additional accountability! maybe someone you don’t get to see very often but that you’d like to start the day with in this way and create new healthy habits together.
