About:

Get out of your head. And into your body.

A space where dance breaks free from it’s performative limitations.

The practice shares tools and techniques of moving with others in a way that honors integrity, honesty and safety. Skills most of us are never taught.

Evolve your movement from being about what it looks like, by connecting to what it feels like.

This facilitated class weaves:

• free-form movement

• nervous system regulation

• cathartic shaking and ecstatic dance

• embodiment

• partnered practices

• principles of contact improv.

No Choreography, just gentle guidance to lead you into finding your own freedom.

No experience necessary. All levels are accommodated

Sliding Scale $25-35 per person. Pay online or at the door.
